Bribery in Business

Bribe is a very common illegal practice done by people in power or who have authoritative power which they misuse by taking bribe.Why do such officials take bribe and why do anyone bribe them?

We all know that people in business try to bribe the officials to get their work done as fast as it could and if there are any shortcomings in their project,it would better be ignored.

This kind of attitude leads to bribery.But what is the problem of bribe from the side of officials?Is it low amount of salary or very less facilities offered or they just want to fulfill their every desire and can go to every extent?

I guess they are in the kind of atmosphere where they has been a tradition of taking bribe which is why it is being followed.Due to the maximum majority is in support of the bribe(not sure),those who do not support this activity or illegal cause are either transferred or pressurized by higher authorities as they all are capable of suspending and terminating them.This is the system prevailing in our nation in my opinion.

I think it is a general opinion of the youth.If you come to know or you watch any official taking bribe or any person offering bribe,please request them equally to follow the proper procedure.If they are really concerned about the coming generation and have good hearts they would definitely try atleast.

Just make a simple request but don't fall into any argument.

Biased Media

Most of the people know that media is biased.Media never highlight the shortcoming of the government in power or their drawbacks and also the misuse of power delegated to them by the general public.

Media create their own stories to raise their TRP's and viewers.They highlight accused so much that the accused already becomes convicted of the crime in the eyes of people,the crime which the accused might had not committed.They sell news,they never telecast true facts as they fear the consequences which might result into the end of their news business.They fear government and politicians and they do not intent to make the misdeeds of corrupt and criminal officials public.

Our nation is turning into a money making platform where moral ethics have no value and believed to be thrown into the garbage can than pursuing it diligently.

Media never comes openly against any political party which is in power.They indeed show opposition misdeeds as those are government motivated and by following their given directions they may gain something in return.They have lost all moral values which our forefathers carried it with pride and called one as a true Indian.

I request you all that whenever anyone of you watch news,try to collect adequate information about that subject and then make judgement or form any kind of opinion.

Government Expenditure

Government expenditure shown in the books of accounts are never analysed with the perspective of efficient usage or if done rarely come to the light of genera public.We need an open system where every single person can access to the information of government spending.We all know that the RTI Act 2005 fulfills all those requirements but why do we need to file RTI,why the government do not make it mandatory.

Questions keeps on arising in the minds of general public but those goes unheard as they don't have enough time to either convey because they have to work to earn or those who do find time do not get sufficient response.

It is this system that the youth of this country has to change.Corruption at every level has to be eliminated with the initiative of every person.We need to cultivate a good legal environment in to the atmosphere where justice prevails.

To do all that one cannot go all alone as there are many to stop it but what about the masses.

Do not worry about the consequences of being the righteous.Worry about being the sinner.Youth do not have experience but they have energy to transform environment.Do not support injustice.Do not bow down infront of corruption.Try to persuade officials to end the corruption by being more vigilant.

Most importantly try to help people whom you think actually needs it.Try to change the atmosphere of the bad into good.Collective measures can bring good reforms.

Provocation

Provocation is a kind of activity mostly used by politicians.Without provoking the public no politician can gain substantial votes.Provocation can either be for positive outcome or for negative.Negative outcome can only take place if there is any personal or political gain is associated with the provocation.

It is upon public to analyze and form the opinion whether the provoking politician wants to utilize and capitalize their votes for their personal gains at the cost of millions of people's life or they want some better leader to lead them who would pay considerable attention to their problems and also solve them out.

Unfortunately rural area people are not that smart to understand that their tricks and strategy.They need help in the form of information.Educated and enthusiastic people can help them out by reaching upto them and explaining the pros and cons of different issues and their actual outcomes.Consequences can be explained to them regarding different issues.

What we need is initiative by youngsters.We need people.We need support.

Our nation needs us.

Women reservation

Our we still living in reservation era.Why do we need reservation?Why anybody needs reservation?

Are people asking for women reservation?Why are our politicians so eager to bring such act?

I am not only talking about women reservation but every kind of reservation prevailing in our current system.At the time of our independence the nation's conditions were different and it was important to get the reservation system into place but those who implemented at that time had set the deadline for it so that it might end and give equal opportunities to everyone.But what we see that our politicians keep on extending the deadline by every 10 years to gain vote bank.Circumstances have changed in urban areas and there is a need to develop the rural areas not by reservation but by providing them quality of education.

Why are we so addicted to reservation?Do you feel proud to get reservation as those who are offering you are doubting on your skills and talents?

Have a thought.

Power

Power is something that everyone in the world wants.As it is known to everyone that power should be conferred to those who are capable and know the actual utility of it but unfortunately it is either purchased or snatched.We never try to bring those in power who are really capable of making the best use of it and that too more efficiently.

Why is it so?It is because people are not well educated and do not understand the consequences of disposing such high powers into the hands of incapable and least deserving candidates.Another problem is that people who are in power or are influential enough do not want them to get educated as it would threaten their future positions.This party wants to ask them that why do they do such things.We are not putting any kind of allegations but are sincerely demanding answers for these questions which keeps on hitting our mind when we come to some harsh reality.

Our politicians must understand that by getting power and flooring away money from  government treasury may get them personal gain but at the cost of other people development.Our politicians needs to awakened that they still have emotions left in them only they need is to realize it again.

I request on the behalf of this virtual party to every single person in power to execute their discretionary powers to the utmost development of every single individual.This is a request of a true citizen.We have no personal grudges against anyone,we are just requesting for the development of those who are still not developed.


Our authorities are capable and efficient but only they require is emotional presence in their mind for the public.As this organisation hopes that our politicians would soon show their worth.

What conscience?

We keep on hearing about  conscience a lot of time but we never try to understand and implement on ourselves.What is conscience?Conscience is an ability or a faculty that distinguishes whether one's actions are right or wrong(wiki).


When we talk about right or wrong many point out politicians first then bureaucrats and afterwards government officials.We are also the part of same system then why do not we count ourselves among them.It is because we do not commit the wrong at such a large scale but do we realize that the size of population of common people as ours do wrong things then it would be much larger than those corrupt officials.




When we break rules like traffic rules,many offer some amount of money to the official dealing or charging them some penalty.To get away easily many of us give them money so as to not to make it official and to save our time as well.It is this that makes our system vulnerable to corruption.


We all need to practice law and order respectfully with the conscience awakened in ourselves.

Politics Disgraced

First let us understand the meaning of politics.

Politics is a process by which groups of people make collective decisions. The term is generally applied to behavior within civil governments, but politics has been observed in other group interactions, including corporate, academic and religious institutions. It consists of "social relations involving authority or power"^[1] and refers to the regulation of a political unit,^[2] and to the methods and tactics used to formulate and apply policy.^[3]

The word "Politics" comes from the Greek word Πολιτικά (politika) from politic (adj.), modeled on Aristotle's "affairs of state," the name of his book on governing and governments, which was rendered in English mid-15 century as Latinised "Polettiques." In Latin, this was "politicus" and in French "politique". Thus it became "politics" in Middle English(source: wikipedia)

Now as you readers must have read the passage above.It clearly states that politics is affairs of state.Now a days politics means affairs of parties and its own gains.They do not have any concern for the people of state and their affairs.Either people suffer through various crisis until and unless the crisis becomes acute it does not involve itself in solving the problems and its issues.

Yesterday in Lok Sabha discussion on price rise was going on.Smt. Sushma Swaraj stated the scams made by Mr. Sharad Pawar according to the statistics she has acquired.It represents that our governments of whatever party comes into power they are working for themselves and their associates.

We have to develop such kind of system in which people in power must be literally concerned about common people.Our freedom fighters and politicians of 1940-1960's era started with this intention but somehow they vanished or died.We need to involve such kind of people who have those kind of characteristics.Our nation needs moralistic and ethical politicians which may define new image or bring back the old lost image of a true politician.

It is us who can do.If we get involved even 0.1% then 1000 people could make  100%.We need to take initiatives if we want to develop.

Question remains,how,when and where?

Think about it.

Process and Process

We all know that in our nation in particular there are so many processes for any activity to complete.Take one of my favourite topic which is road and highways development.If some amount of money has been allocated to few projects then the project has to get through several processes.They have to get approval from several departments and this process takes lot of time.If the project has been planned by experts in this field and related to it then why does it need the approval.Do not other departments want development in our country.Everytime we see our project keeps on running late by 2-3 years.This is completely unacceptable.We are a democratic country does not mean there must be any kind of lack of interest in performing out work.Do not forget that many democratic nations other than india comes into developed countries league.

We should call ourselves idiots and useless people until we learn to utilize our time properly.I also come into this useless and lazy group but i have decided that i would not waste my time and i am trying my best that in the coming years i would be able to contribute my bit to this nation.

Just think for a while.Are you all with me?

People who make decisions

Decision making problem is very much known to us in political aspect.I sometimes feel whether we are living in the system or system is residing in us.We always do the same thing what others have done earlier at that post despite of the fact we might have criticized them for the same work.

People say discussing points with others makes one aware of other alternative options which are available.I would like to add one thing in this is that we should also agree with the leader's final decision even it might not feel good to others.

Decision must be taken regardless of the vote bank effects and consequences.Firstly there must not be any pressure  on the decision maker to take religion,caste and minority into consideration.If these are taken at the time of decision making then the decisions taken are just mere formalities to appease different sections and compromise made at the cost of the interest of the nation.Secondly,we all must be nationalists than only being a religious person and must cultivate nationalism.Every single indian must accept that whatever decisions are being taken is in national interest without letting religion into it.Some way or the other there might be issues that would cause some problems to someone practice of religion,either it be hindu,muslim,sikh or christian.We must not forget that we indians decided to live together to show this world that we are nationalists first and then practice our religion with peace and harmony.We have immense respect for every religion and of ours as well.We make decisions on the basis of national interest and not sectional interest.

Naxals,Maoist and what else?

As we  all know our nation is suffering with different revolutionary organisations.They have taken up arms against our own countrymen and mercilessly killing them.At the same time those people who are sitting on the other side of the table are also no innocent.They must have done something that might have made them to pick up weapons and fight for their survival.The clapping can be performed by two hands and not alone.

We need to know and understand the problems of those worsened  areas and have to come up with proper solutions.At the same time naxals and maoists must realize that if they talk to the higher authorities in a proper manner and surrender weaponry revolution then some final and good decisions can be made.

If it is so easy then why it is not being done?This in my opinion is because of the lack of trust and confidence in the government by the naxals and maoists.Other than these they are being brainwashed by enemies to fight against us.There can only and one single solution and that is firm steps to be taken by the government for the proper development of those regions.To assure them of proper development they must be brought on table and to have talk face to face without threatening them of being arrested as it would lead to further complications.These are few of my opinions and have many more but a person alone cannot change things.Lot of noise has to be made in order to make our government listen to us.

SRK vs Shiv Sena

It's very confusing for a normal person to understand the main motive behind such controversies.It's true that some people think Mr. Sharukh Khan's sympathy support to pakistani cricket players has given some emotional confidence to the pakistani side that India is not completely boycotting their country and they are willing to accept it but to the same fact those people are also forgetting that he is just an actor and not a political leader.He do not know how to play politics and how to deliver a double meaning message.

What shiv sena members are demanding from Sharukh Khan would hurt is self-respect and damage his confidence in his own countrymen.The Shiv Sena can make a request to not to make such statements in future to resolve the issue.


We all know that both Mr. Bal Thackeray and Mr.Sharukh Khan has immense importance and likeness in their field and they are also great personalities.We can only request them to solve the issue internally than getting this into public.It must not send any negative image regarding anyone.

Both are respectable personalities and mature enough to chalk out some solution and reach to conclusion.Media must not publicize those things which might create more tensions.

Welcome To Youth National Party

I do not know how this first post of this blog must be written,so kindly forgive me if anything sense wrong to you.


My first posts goes to the nation.



As you all must be knowing well how this country has faced mass violence between several religious groups in which every person gets involved without having any intention and will.We all our practicing some or the other religion but we have to practice that which is mostly ignored by us.

What's that?The answer to this according to me is providing honest service to the nation.Unfortunately we bring religion into this which not only pulls back but deteriorates even more.

Tell me all you guys that religion must be sought first in order to serve one's own nation?

Why are we still divided in hindus,muslim,christian and sikh?Why we keep on digging the past as who did what to another?What are predecessors did either right or wrong should not be brought into the present times?When a person suffers the setback he has to start a new journey with more alertness and more confidence.Look at us,we are still dealing with the same issues Mandir,Masjid and other religious issues.


I do not want to offend any religion nor do i have any intention.I just want my brothers,the youth of this country either it be hindu,muslim,christian,sikh,etc is to forget what the differences created between us for some votes by our few political leaders.What do you mean by communal or secular?Is anyone has clear perception or defined meaning?


We have to focus on the nations growth and development of each and every person whatever religion he belongs to.I say do better regardless of religion and caste and just do it.Don't give it the name of religion.As many say i have done this for hindus,i have done this for muslims.

Why we guys give them the opportunity to divide us?Why?

If every person of this nation starts thinking that we are same for the nation then country cannot be stopped by anyone in this world.Our nation would be the global power if we unite not only religiously but with the feeling for each other.


I have urge to make my nation a developed country and so do you.Join us!

National Interest,not self-interest

Few days ago i was discussing with someone about the problem we face in development issues.The other person came to the point that in China you see better infrastructure irrespective that only few cities are well developed but in comparison to Indian metro cities they are far ahead of us.Why is it so?Is it the lack of will of the government in power?

In my opinion it is a fault of all of us.Let say if government comes up with a better infrastructure plan but in order to complete it they might have to demolish the houses which comes as an obstacle and people who are living in those houses has to be relocated.Problem is not about providing compensation,relocating those people who were earlier residing in that location or government has financial problems.No,there is nothing like that.It is us or those who reside there would oppose the development plan.All because we may face shifting problem,adjustment issues and all such things.We are all self-centered and selfish.We see what we get in return not what nations gets in return.

The government can still go with its plan if they seriously want development but they do not do anything because ultimately these are the voters who are going to bring them back in power.

This is the core problem.

Oppose if you do not want development.

It's a great quote which says a lot in one sentence.There is no perfect time to start anything except preferable once.If we keep on waiting for that preferable time to start our work,may be that would be too late to realize it with full potential if that work had started a long time ago.One must no wait for the time to strike and wait for the opportunity to knock on your door.If anyone does such thing,he is just speculating and has no idea what would happen.

If we do not start working now for what we have planned to achieve in future then its nothing than just a dream.

Our youth also stands in the same situation where they are presently working upon their career to have a bright future and they have also have in their mind that later they would contribute their share towards to the development of the nation.

That approach is not going to end anywhere.Suppose you have been given a task to build a road but you decide that you would do it later as you got some other important work to complete somewhere in the middle of that route.You first reach that point of that route where you finish your personal work and now you decide that you would start building the road.You would notice that you are standing in the middle of the route and you cannot start building the road from the center.You again have to reach to the starting point to start your work if you want to get your work done properly.

All i meant by this example is that every single young person is working on his career but we can also give a little amount of our time in building our nation.This is what the actual work means as it has hope to end somewhere which would be productive.

Selfish perish in their own desires

Motive should not be for the benefit of oneself but for the whole society,its not defined or fixed but an opinion of mine.Development does not happen at the cost of others but of oneself.If you want development then you have to make some sacrifices of your desires to benefit the society.People who fulfill their desires and talks about development are mere talkers and do not understand what the actual meaning of development.

Let me make it very clear that no person in this world has achieved anything without planning or aiming targets which may seem unrealistic to others but the one's who work on it knows that its realistic.

We need excellence not mediocrity.Major population is full of mediocrity.They don't do things because they like it,they do it because without that they cannot survive.Those who have this mediocre approach must be kept away from the progress of development as they are the main obstacles of it.

This party which is currently non-existent in the eyes of law and has no say in the political system but it certainly defines its core values which is to never settle down anything less than the best.Hope people who are not mediocre understand our motive and make sure that people of good mindset join it.I would request mediocre to just stay away from people who are trying to do something good because if you cannot then you should not and also you do not have any right to interfere.



My anger is against those people who just think about themselves,discourage others for doing something good,calls them unrealistic and all.Better you take stance in the right direction because people of high caliber never like talkers to interrupt them.

These people are strategists and not any audience hooting or shouting,

Cold waves

Most of you must be witnessing the cold waves in whole north India.Have you guys ever thought about people living on streets?Have you ever thought about those innocent animals who roam around with no food in their stomach in such a chilled winter?Do not you guys feel pity?Sure we all feel pity for them but what else can we do is the answer which comes to our mind.

Our very own political system is so much busy with games of politics played inside the assembly all the time.The only difference is politicians are their own audience and in other sports spectators comes from outside.Atleast in other games 90%(guess)of the games get a definite result.

Now what should be done?. It has to be answered by every one of us.

New India

New India does not mean that another India is in the making but yes it is being remade.We as the youth of this country are redefining the image of India with various contributions in different fields.What we have to work on is to change the realty of 'actual India' and by this i mean to eliminate 'poverty','corruption','inequality' which exists in our society.These three major changes are required to make India a developed country.As development include other important factors but if we attain this goal then others would automatically get in the line of action and one day it can be achieved.


Great leaders like Sardar Patel,Lal bahadur shastri,Subhash Chandra Bose,Madhav Rao Scindhia,Atal Bihari Vajpayee,Rajiv Gandhi and many more like them had the vision of developed India but they did not know that they were leading those people who were not interested in one common interest.

If you all have noticed that our nation has several national and regional political parties who have their own different ideologies but none among them is common.They do not have one common goal,common interest,unity.We are all divided and have no common purpose or goal.Why is it so?

Our we not mature enough to come to a common conclusion or is it that we do not want to reach one.

We need one common vision with one common objective and that is development of human society.Religion,caste and traditional practices must be strictly kept outside developmental decisions.If society is gaining something or if it is benefiting by few changes then we must think about it as a human rather than a orthodox religious person.We must not hurt anyone's religious sentiments and at the same time no religious leader should interfere in the policies of government.No religion teaches malpractice or dishonesty or any kind of forceful activity.No religion should be targeted at all.We all must respect each other equally and if one cannot then that person certainly has no right to be a part of civilized society.We have to speak rough sometimes to let other understand the need of an hour.We can have unity if we want one.

One vision and one common goal is very important in the process of development.
